1. What is your Stake username? My Stake username is Tysm01. 2. How much time on average do you spend on chat every day? I spend around 6 hours daily on chat. I enjoy being active in the community and interacting with other users. 3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator's job is to maintain a respectful and positive environment in the chat. This includes enforcing the rules, guiding users, handling issues calmly, and making sure everyone feels safe and welcome. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I want to become a moderator because I truly enjoy being part of the Stake community. Even though I’ve made mistakes in the past, I’ve learned from them and want to help others follow the rules and enjoy their time here. I want to give back by helping the chat stay friendly, fair, and active. 5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, I was muted twice in the past for spamming. Since then, I’ve been more mindful of the rules and improved my behavior. I’ve used those experiences as learning moments and now better understand the importance of moderation. 6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? No, I haven’t been a moderator before, but I am eager to learn and grow into the role. I am responsible, respectful, and ready to take on the challenge. 7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Yes, I am fully prepared to work during nighttime hours.
