I been banned from rains since January (with all requirements every week). Something is wrong and then you see @Edward saying on stream that "there is not such a thing like restrictions on the rain system" when is clearly evident that something is wrong with the entire rain system.

I’d want to give back to the people who stood by me during hard times and help those who are struggling silently.
