Spend the money on experiences rather then a bunch of materialistic items that quickly lose their appeal and value.  Create a stable environment and future by investing a portion , probably buy a little house somewhere warm to call home. Send care packages to all my friends and family. Play some higher stakes poker then normal and see if I had what it takes to sit with Johnny chan and bluff him, before teddy kgb came and took it all back.
