Stake username - imiftii 14 to 15 houra a day I am interested in becoming a moderator because I believe I can lead by example and contribute positively to the community. I want to be someone others can approach comfortably, and I’m always ready to help when needed. Being an active part of this community has been a great experience, and I would love to give back by taking on a more responsible role. As a moderator, I understand the importance of managing group dynamics, guiding discussions smoothly, introducing relevant topics, and ensuring that the community’s and client’s objectives are met effectively. I acknowledge that I have been muted in the past for spamming, but I’ve learned from that experience and have since been more mindful of my behavior. Additionally, I’m fully prepared to work during night hours as needed to support the team and maintain a positive environment in the community.
