I already carry experience in my REAL JOB as well working as a customer support agent for telebrands and multiple other vendors as well.
A MOD has to be empathetic and really good In understanding the need of the decorum to be maintained in the chat.

2. I generally spend around 7-8 hours realistically I won't write higher number like 12-13 hours as I m not a MOD currently, but if given a chance would spend the desired timings
3. To brief in a nutshell about a MOD the word itself says a lot of things of managing the chat, creating a healthy environment in the chat, helping doubts and issues of people in the chat, the problems can be any relating to issues in payment, tech glitch, etc. Work of the MOD is to guide people with the correct solution for the same, and of the chat quality goes for a toss MOD needs to step in for the same and take the correct action which includes muting people for a specific time according to the guidelines set by stake.
4. Goal is simple to earn extra perks and benefits as I have been a part of stake family. As when you a part of a organization you always wish to grow within the organization so I wish to have the same. The agenda is simple I have seen Indian chats and I am confident that I can be a beneficial addition to maintain the quality in the chat as I have the RELEVANT exp in the real world as well
5. I was muted once in the chat where I was tipping people to guess my correct birthday. So MOD thought that I was creating a buzz in the chat. That's it on a lighter version never on abuse or anything
6. Yes, BC games I was a MOD for 6 months and I left the platform because of payment issues.
7. Of course, according to the timing and requirements I m open and flexible for the same
At the end I would say in REAL WORLD and BC Games I have been managing chats and live support. I think I deserve to be a member of stake MOD community as I think I will justify my role
