I am active in the chat every day for 6-8 hours, usually just observing rather than participating in any discussions. I am kind of like a "ghost chatter." I pay close attention to what's going on, the behavior of users, and how moderators handle different situations. So even though I don’t always type, I’m still very present and aware of the chat dynamics. 3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator's job is to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe environment in the chat. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I want to become a moderator because I genuinely enjoy being part of this community and want to contribute more actively. I’ve seen how much of a difference a good moderator can make, and I believe I can bring calm, consistent and clear communication to the role. 5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Not that I can remember. I’ve always tried to follow the rules and keep things respectful in chat. 6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I’ve been a chat moderator on another casino website, so I’m already familiar with how to manage community behavior in a gambling related environment. Additionally, I’ve worked in customer support, which helped me develop strong problem-solving and communication skills, both of which are very useful in a moderator role. 7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Yes, absolutely. I’ve lived on four different continents, so I’m very used to adjusting to different time zones and schedules. I’m comfortable working at any hour, including nighttime.
