Stake Username: Hrshuuuu Time Spent on Chat: I spend approximately 12-15 hours daily on chat platforms, actively engaging with the community and assisting users when needed. Role of a Moderator: A moderator ensures a healthy, respectful, and engaging environment in the chat by enforcing rules, preventing spam, handling disputes, and assisting users with queries. They also monitor scammers and unethical activities to maintain a fair space for all members. Why I Want to Be a Moderator: I am passionate about helping and guiding the community. I have strong communication skills and experience in managing online communities. I have noticed an increase in scammers and rule-breakers and would like to help keep the chat safe for Indian users. I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free. Warnings, Mutes, or Bans: Yes, I was muted once for chat jumping at the very beginning of my Stake journey. However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. I always follow the guidelines and promote positive engagement within the community. Nighttime Availability: Yes, I am prepared to work at nighttime as I am usually active during late hours as well

Hello . Shashwat Here . My stake username : Hrshuuuu I almost spends like 12-14 hours on stake on daily basis . Moderator job is to overseeing chat and make sure everyone follow community guidelines,help out peoples with their questions regarding stake, moderator's need to make sure environment on chat is respectful and safe for everyone,no tolerance on chats related to religions and political topics, keeping records of moderation and reporting to upper ones as they needed and to Identify and escalate serious issues to higher authorities, such as security or legal teams. Yeah , i have been a moderator on a discord's channel . Yeah I've been banned i guess for asking money/tip at the beginning. As i see the chat i too get frustrated and irritated now days by seeing the beggers and abusers. To prevent all this i want to be a moderator.
