before this lvl 2 verification was compulsory we can just verify lvl 1 and play and withdraw our money but now we have to complete lvl 2 also but I cannot complete my lvl 2 verification because I have already have my old id so now my money is stuck in this new idand without verification i can't withdraw and I have submitted verification again again but it rejects me every time and you know customer service is bad becuase we can't contact a real person, the customer support AI chatbot just don't do that.. So what to do now? and may be I pass to bronxe level so I want to know that How much can I tip So then I can tip to my another ID by this new ID and then I can withdraw from another ID... Is this possible?
