Support and the Official Team have ALREADY admitted that this Bug exists, so I urge everyone: DO NOT use the Auto-Bet function.
I am an $8.8M wager VIP.
For the past 2 months, I have been fighting a system failure where the **"Reset"** function fails, draining my balance instantly.
**1. The Specific Bug (How it empties your wallet)**
In the Auto-Bet settings, I selected: **"On Win" -> "Reset"**.
* **The Logic:** When a win happens, the bet amount MUST return to the base amount immediately.
* **The Bug:** When I hit a win, the **"Reset" action simply vanished**. The system failed to trigger the reset.
* **The Result:** Because Auto-Bet runs at high speed, I had no time to react. The system instantly placed the next bet using the **maximum high amount** (instead of the reset amount), draining my entire balance in seconds.
**2. The 2-Month Cover-Up (Technical Staff Misled Me)**
This is the worst part.
When I reported this, **Support and their Technical Team** checked my case.
Instead of fixing the bug, they explicitly told me: **"Everything is fine."**
They insisted:
* "It is your Device problem."
* "It is your Connection problem."
* "The system is working perfectly."
Because their **Technical Staff** assured me it was my problem, I believed them. I continued to wager **$6.6 Million** trying to fix my device.
**Result:** They were wrong. The system was NOT fine. Their false technical advice cost me over **$85,000**.
**3. The Attempt to Minimize the Severity**
In the video proof I provided, the logic failure is displayed extremely clearly.
However, even after seeing the video, they are still trying to dismiss it as "residual data" or a "refresh issue" to downplay the incident.
**They are trying to minimize the problem.**
* **The Truth:** This is NOT a small cache glitch or "residue."
* **The Reality:** This is a critical failure of the betting engine. The issue is far more serious than they are admitting.
**4. The Injustice**
* **My Loss:** Over $85,000.
* **Their Offer:** $1,000.
* **Status:** The bug is LIVE.
**CRITICAL NOTE TO ALL PLAYERS:**
I want to tell every player here: **It is NOT your betting or strategy that is the problem.**
Do not blame yourself. The problem is the internal settings of the system itself. The settings are broken and WILL cause errors regardless of your strategy.

Quite unfair that english is the only chat excluded from rain. I appreciate all the bonuses stake gives for sure, but its unfair to english speakers that they are the only ones without an option to have rain. Why not bring rainbot back to english, make regional local chatrooms for english speakers, or remove the AI rainbot from all chats to level the field. Especially if you're going to send us the notification not once but twice of increased rain with no mention of it not happening for "global" chats(xmas in july). 
On the topic of codebots, it seems a little peculiar that a team of programmers capable of developing an intricate website are unable to figure and implement a solution to bots. Almost like they dont want to. I wonder why? Might be something worth looking into. 👀
