hello, Natasa im glad to apply for the position of Indian moderator and thanks for the opportunity. 1 Stake username- My stake user name is Deveshsgsh 2. I used to spend around 10-14 hrs on the chat everyday 3.The job of a moderator a) Maintain professionalism The moderator one who responsible to maintain a professionalism to his work,handle the chat / audience in a professional manner, and carries evrything in a professional manner in order to quick and smooth resolution b)Quick response and resolution The moderator works as a immediate spokesperson of a concerned community/group/organisation/business he should try to quickly response to the particular questions, problems/ doubts that are arising in the community and try to solve his own or escalate to conserned team c) a good listener The moderator should be good listener in orders to hear and provide the right solution to the concerned questions/doubts/problems d) a good dictator a moderator should be a good dictator who can explain evrything that needed to concerned person/ or a community to convey the message/information to the chat from his higher authority e) Friendly in nature A moderator is one who always deals with a different kinds persons he should be a friendly guy who can handle different mindes with his intelligence and his friendly nature f) Should keep the environment clean and clear the moderator one who should take timely action in order to maintain a healthy and clean environment in the chat where every member should feel safe and happy without any hesitations from nudity, vulgarity, racism , and domination The moderator shoud keep the chat intact with fun loving activities and keep the chatting section interactive and interesting everytime 4 Why do I become a moderator I am into stake , and initially when I came to stake got to vip levels you believe I didn't know about bonuses and all on email . And I missed a lot of bonuses from weekly to monthly and all sorts . If only I had some support or someone to help it might not happened. Anyways other than that I want respond to questions Helping someone to find answers is a quite I engaging task which I don't feel tired to perform. So , considering them all I am suitable for the job 5) Warned or muted/banned No, I have never been banned but warned in chat for cause I don't knew the rule other than that No such cases . 6) Moderator in any platform No I have never been into moderator work in any platform in the past,it would be my first experience if I allowed to do that 7) Work at night time Yes ik very much prepared to work 24*7 time frame
