On average, I spend around 12-13 hours daily on Stake, and I’m active in the chat for most of that time. I engage regularly, help new users, and follow ongoing conversations. If selected as a moderator, I’m ready to commit even more — up to 16 hours a day, including night hours, to ensure consistent moderation coverage. 3. Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator’s job is to ensure the chat remains a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. This includes enforcing Stake’s rules, helping users with questions or concerns, preventing spam, resolving conflicts calmly and fairly, and escalating serious issues to the appropriate team when necessary. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I’ve been part of the Stake community for a while and really enjoy the interaction. I believe I can help keep the chat friendly and helpful for everyone, especially new users. I’m patient, fair, and well-acquainted with the platform’s rules. Becoming a moderator would allow me to give back to the community and help maintain a positive environment. 5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes once, by mistakenly i typed hi in another chat room moreover I always make sure to follow the rules and treat other members of the community with respect. 6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I have moderated a few Discord and Telegram communities related to gaming and crypto. My responsibilities included managing spam, resolving disputes, onboarding new members, and maintaining a positive and active environment.
