After a bad session, I usually just walk, eat, or watch memes to reset. How do you all bounce back from a big loss?

The thing i tried was to bet 1.01x on dice or limbo. Used 1% of my balance for each and once i loose a bet, i recover that small one percent very patiently then again 1.01x for 1% of balance. So no or minimum losses.
