YES!!! EVERY FUCKING TIME I am hitting, or on a streak 'BAM' my page freezes and it reloads and my bet is changed to $0. So I put my bet amount back to where it was and then I end up losing it quickly. It is happening more and more every day. Mine happens throughout the day all day, not specific hours. I am also sus about it. Just like when I play a slot that has a 98% rtp and I bet the extra to get the better chances at bonuses and never get a bonus after hundred and hundreds sometimes a thousand spins and only win $20 the entire time. Yesterday I counted 632 spins before I got a somewhat decent win. But no bonus, even though I click the button on to have higher chances. And it's a 98.8 rtp. It's bullshit. I also have an issue with the statistics and how I think we are being jipped there too. I was at 99,687 weekly wager and was trying to get the 100,000 wager bonuses, so I play for an hour and I know I am well above 100k now playing $5 a turn, but for some reason I still am not eligible for the bonus, so I request my stats (for the 6th time today-supposedly they are supposed to be updated every 24 hours like they say under the statistics) and my weekly play is all of a sudden 90,487?? How is that possible? Of course everytime I contact the AI support team they give me the same verbatim answer everytime...they aren't able to see the statistics information, only marketing is, and obviously I haven't played the weekly amount. So I went back and looked at the stats over a 24 hr period...I went from 107,865 at 5:30am today, to 96,203 at 7:21am, to 98,793 at 12:37pm, to 99,680 at 12:57pm, to 90,487 at 3:52pm, to just a few mins ago 90,402 at 4:02pm! How in 20 mins did I go from 99k to 90k and then in 10 mins go from 90,487 to 90,402 if the stats are updated every 24 hours? So when I question the AI asshats in customer support wtf is going on and how is that possible, they show me the same dumbass image of a weekly wager example and again try to example it to me. I understand how the goddamn thing works. MY issue is why is my shit changing throughout the day within minutes if the stats are updated every 24 hrs like they say? And why does my day and weekly drop but my fortnight and monthly will be higher than it was a few hours prior on the same damn day? Like this for example..yesterday on the 28th at 5:53pm my stats for SC were this Then at 11:37pm My day and weekly wager went down, even though I had played in between that time, but my fortnight and monthly went up!! Like what in the fuckity-fucking-fuck is going on here? Maybe I am just a complete dumbass and can't understand what is actually happening, but I don't think so. I can do simple math. And you can't get anywhere with their customer service. I just couldn't understand why I was able to get a $25 bonus for a 100k wager one minute and just a minutes later on the same day I wasn't eligible to get the $150 100k wager they had come up bc I hadn't made the "weekly requirement"? And when I was able to get the $25 bonus, my stats were only saying 99,687. It just aggravates the shit out of me. As much money as I have put into Stake and they try and do sneaky ass shit like this, so we can't be eligible for bonuses, or they interrupt our playing when we are winning and we either have to refresh ourselves, or the page reloads and everything is reset to zero and them we end up all of a sudden not being able to hit any fucking thing and lose it all. I am not unaware and oblivious to the fact that they can change the games anytime they want and increase and decrease our odds and the house has the edge...I read the fine print. I just hate fucking cheating and sneaky people and businesses. We already get fucked enough in life by the IRS with taxes and the government with their shady and quietly passed policies they don't talk about (I'm in America btw). Why does Stake have to do shit like that? I will end up usually spending a lot of my wins back on games because I enjoy playing and winning, and most people do the same thing! I just don't get the greed in people. I am going to get to platinum 4 this week sometime and after that, I think I'm dropping Stake and barring myself from it.
