I just leveled up to Plat2 and received a pathetic 1$ reloads for 14 days and 0,00 $ for recent activity (i wagered 46k in the past 48 hours alone). I heard from other people they had the same problem and i asked them if they did what i did, which was insisting with support to call a vip host and not waiting for hours... Until some months ago, when people leveled up, almost at the same time a VIP Host got in touch and credited the perks to the account. Now, it takes HOURS for the Vip Hosts to get automatically in touch, so what I did was to ask support to get me in touch with someone, which they only did after i insisted a lot, and they didnt seem to be very happy about it... So what i think that happened is that support (after asking me which crypto i would like the money to be credited to) just credited the basic amount (400$ + 1$ reload) and thats it. People that told me they also got credited only the basic amount and 1$ reload said they insisted with support and didnt wait hours for the VIP host... There is something very wrong, please review this @Mirela@Stake Staff@Tristan
