an example of how incompetent they are: the bad beat jackpot fund is also unsustainable with the current traffic, but this doesn't even occur to them
 
 

здравствуйте.
уже было написано много неготива по обновлению покер.ноль внимания к просьбам игроков.
теперь самое главное
1.кого вы привлекли и доверили эти обновления? после новых введений среди которых есть и полезные.но в остальном просто ужас.разбежались все игроки.а это и новички и регуляры.да массово ушли многие.теперь причина.Она такова на мой взгляд.да и не только мой.Это обсуждали и на форумах покера и в закрытых чатах.пришло много ботов.которые постоянно доезжают на любых прям на любых картах.при этом даже в четыре аута и стабильно.думаю руководителям Stake.не составит выявить эти нарушения.это запустили множество ботов.которые просто знают флоп.терн и ривер.таким образом это явное нарушение со стороны Stake.я уверен что самому руководству это не нужно.это скандал потеря уважения.репутации.так вопрос кому вы доверили эти обновления? кто внес эти недоразумения ? до этих обновлений все гсч работало на хорошем уровне.все были в равном положении.сейчас это превратилось в обман.Это скандал.думаю в этом разобраться не составит труда руководству и выявить эти махинации.это не первый раз уже происходит с площадками покера.когда мошенники таким образом и воруют и накручиваю онлайн игроков.но самое главное это обман тех игроков покера.кто по настоящему любит эту игру и приносит вам доход.
2.уверен что боты массава добавлены были теми кто занимался последним обновлением покера.это вы выявите при простой проверке....сколько вам возмещать средств пострадавшим честным игрокам.даже не знаю
3.уволить всех кто сейчас занимается покером.откатить все минимум назад.как было раньше.может народ вам поверит вновь и начнет возвращаться на уже любимую площадку покера.иначе это скандал и потеря репутации.которая вами зарабатывалась годами.
4.и сделайте уже возврат рейк бека прогрессивным что-ли? этим вы привлечете массу новых игроков.а не через афилейтов

As Someone who has played stake poker for the last 8-12 months The new update is the worst poker change I have seen any website make. What made stake poker great was you could play more than 6 tables at different stakes which is now taken away slowing the action and causing regulars to leave. When you are playing 6 tables, you can no longer replay a played hand because you already have 6 tables open and the platform wont let you. Grouping the tables has now made it insanely hard to find a table with more than 2 players on it causing you to continuously buy in and leave tables until the program puts you on a full table which can take 20-30 minutes every time a table breaks.  I understand you want to protect fish and stop bum hunting, but this format is making the website so clunky you are doing the opposite and causing the player pool to leave the website.. Instead just make player names and stack sizes hidden before joining the table.. THIRD, when you join the table you start with 40BB and have to manually top up, I have no words for this its just sloppy and looks like a brokie poker website that just started out.  the bad beat jackpot is whatever, a rake back leader board would have been a better way to reward the playerbase.  
To end, what made stake worth playing despite the outrageous 7% rake to fund those F1 wheels was the player selection, the ability to play as many tables as you wanted, the good UI, the rake back. With the new changes, all of the regulars have left for Coin poker or Clubspoker which is sad to see. I literally see same usernames on Clubspoker now that use to play on stake. Please revert the changes to save the website  till then I will be playing on other platforms like many before me as I watch the pool dry up from a far. 
Id like to add to while im at it. CHANGE THE CHEATER DETECTION. or fire the entire poker team. Hire me for christ sake ill do it on the side while in medical school to stop this shit. I am prohibited to play with random players I played months ago on a random night for legitimately no reason. When you are prohibited to play with these players you aren't given any evidence or able to contact the poker team. I have come to the conclusion that the poker team or whoever is reviewing the auto collusion detector has never played online poker or even understands the game. If a fish punts you two buy ins heads up. THIS IS NOT COLLUSION. at least not probably. check IP adresses and player history, do not just ban both players and prohibit them when they rejoin. what a weird amateur system. they players should be allowed to refute and provide evidence to claims made against them. If two regs are prohibited to play against eachother, they are essentally barred from playing 50% of games on a ruling made by randoms who clearly dont know what they are doing (as seen in the recent update) 
everything aside, Stake was actually a diamond in the rough of a poker site while it lasted. So sad to see what it has become

The standard is 9max and 6max tables, straddles and rabbits should also be removed, they only slow down the game, because each hand is paused to select a player and some never press anything, and this delays the game. 
A lot has already been said about the new seating at the tables, I hope it will be fixed in the near future, because what it is now is pain and suffering and not a game.
 

only offering 5 player and 8 player tables is also highly nonstandard. I believe that having a 6 max and full ring option is a must for a poker platform
 

Why did you disable the display of the levied rake in the upper-left corner of the table? To be honest, you'd better do what everyone is asking you to do here, rather than hiding the values of the rake, everyone already understands that it's huge here.
I also want to point out that you pay players 5% rakeback (regardless of their VIP level), while you give 25+% to affiliates at the start. At the same time, the player cannot change his account for an affiliate. Can you finally face the players who have been playing here for days and bring you all the profits?

I would like to inquire whether you are planning to resolve the situation that has arisen since the last update. I’m sure you are monitoring the current state of things, and I am also certain that you can see it is far from ideal.
With the changes to the seating system, you have practically killed the poker section. To put it mildly, the games have become almost unplayable.
Introducing higher limits and the Bad Beat Jackpot were great decisions — I truly appreciate those steps, as both could contribute significantly to growing the poker offering. However, the way things currently stand, the effect is quite the opposite.
I would appreciate an official statement: is it worth waiting for improvements, or should I start looking for another platform?
I also kindly ask my fellow players to write a few words here, so that the people in charge can clearly see how important it is for us to receive a response.

my hand is tired of closing and opening tables all the time to get to tables where more than 5 players are playing 🤣
still constantly on all tables, someone reserves a place but does not deposit money or play, and after 1 minute he is seated and he sits down again and just takes a seat for 1 minute and so constantly on all tables, who it is not clear, you can not see the nickname 
Please return the 9-max seats tables, waiting lists, and table view as before.
because as I understand it, the seats that are now permanently Reserved by someone are just someone who comes in to look at the table, but they don't have the money to sit down at it, they just take up seats and don't play

Even the forum moderator doesnt answer at these problems. Honestly i dont think they care about customers, they just care about making money

another problem with new seating at the tables is that someone constantly sits down in an empty seat at the table, but does not deposit money on the table (perhaps they simply do not have a balance)
maybe someone just wants to watch the tables and the game as a spectator, but these players take a seat for a minute and then leave, and this happens all the time.
and still the main problem with the new seat is that I'm sitting at 3-4 empty tables or playing with 2-3-4-5 players, but I'd like to play with 8 or 9 players at the table. 
and since there are no queues at the table, and it is generally impossible to look at them and sit down in an empty seat there, then during the game I have to close and open the tables many times, and hope that they will put me at a table where there are many players.

Please delete tables limitation and bring back the possibility to choose tables and waiting lists 😊
