Bro, I recently tried to do the calculations, but the averages don’t match up in any way. I also mentioned this in the topic here: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/155204-complaint-regarding-bonuses-raffles-and-payment-transparency/ I calculated the monthly wager average over the last 6 months and also the weekly averages, yet the bonus amounts given still don’t match. Sometimes they use a 0.01% ratio, sometimes 0.09%, but I couldn’t establish any consistent average. Especially in live casino games, despite having high wager amounts and high loss rates, ‘Eddie and his team’ distribute bonuses however they want.

I explained the same issue here as well. The wager rates haven’t been accurate at all for the last 5 months. I keep playing the same game constantly, but the wager calculation doesn’t match. Normally, depending on your Platinum level and the game you play, the amount you receive should match your wager. However, even when I wager more than the previous month, they give me less. Let me give an example: In September, two days before the wager payment, they reduced my $390,000 wager requirement to $175,000. (I had reached $390,000 on August 16.) But on the night of October 13, my wager requirement was reduced to $175,000. They gave me only $178. In October, I wagered $190,000 on the exact same game — no different games — and I had a loss of $23,000. They gave me $144. Because of this, I believe they manually modify the wager rates. I think they’re changing them. There is no clear calculation system; you can’t see your actual earnings, you can’t know how much you will receive, and you have no idea how much bonus you will get for the amount you spend. Everything is completely at their mercy. And many people on the forum are complaining about the same issue.
