For me, nothing beats a good mojito in the summer. My favorite is definitely the pineapple mojito.🍍

Well, there are many good drinks that we can buy in stores or cafes that can help us cool down, but there are two homemade drinks I like the most during the summer. I’ll break everything down:
1st: Frozen Lemon and Orange drink
To make this refreshing drink, you need to freeze 2 lemons and 2 oranges (do not peel them). After that, grate them. (This is the hardes part, get your time and nerves).* Add 1 or 2 spoons of sugar if you like it sweeter, but that’s not necessary. This recipe is for 4 liters of juice. One orange and one lemon are used per 2 liters of water. Let it sit for about 2 hours. Strain it and put it in the refrigerator. Drink it while cold. *It's worth it.  2nd: Beetroot and Lemon Syrup Juice
For this, it’s best to use a chopper since you need the lemons in small pieces. I don’t remember the exact proportions, but you need 1 kg of beetroot and 1 kg of lemons. Chop them into small pieces and put everything together in a large container. Add 5 liters of water and 1 kg of sugar. Let it sit for 24 hours and stir from time to time, since you need sugar to melt. Cover it and keep it in a dark place. Strain it. Add the syrup to glass bottles to prevent mold. To drink, mix the syrup with water (about 200 ml of syrup with 2 liters of water). Trust me, these are the best homemade recipes, and I tried many many more.

however when I actually thought about it those are just me being LAZY AF foods.
So then I actually thought what comforts me and that is: 
- when i really actually have a bad bad bad day, nothing will bring me back to when times were simpler good more warmer to the feeling where i get truly nostalgic about:

So I love plants/trees/nature I think its magnificent:
-it provide our food
-actually all our synthetic medicine was/is based on plants
-it has a positive effect on mental health
and many things more however I couldnt choose my favourite flower so i made a compilation of my top five plants 
 
1: Philippine Rose
2: Waling-Waling
3: Strongylodon macrobotrys
4: Dicentra spectabilis
5: Bougainvillea
I would highly recommend to look the plants up individually even more if you have the chance to actually see them in real life.
Many Asian countries have flower festivals

I don't understand your mindset actually you aren't to old to still pursue this dream/goal. You are young, energetic still why wouldnt you start pursueing this. The only thing that is with-holding you for actually achieving this creative outlet that fills your lifes-energy because it makes you happy, is your mindset off I can't I should've done it when i was younger now its too late, etc.

People who are 70 still start dating eachother, people go still sometimes to school when they are 50, everyday we still learn. It's the mindset that will captive and haunt our dreams of failing and turn them into a so called nightmare with doubts, anxiety and negative thoughts.
My dear moderator, Andrea, Bestie, My fellow Human being or Maybe AI: it doesn't matter. By the way how life goes we somehow got connected here on this stakeforum and I would give you this advice: (this advice i would give to anyone)
 
People always worry so much about what others will think about this or that or what they might say, but realise others do exactly the same so you both worry about what the other might say. People who have depression live in the past their demons are still haunting them, People who live with anxiety/worry a lot, live in the future haunted by demons which might never happen.
(I will explain these last two sentences in the end part of this "short" reaction which became superlong, cause i dont mean this in a derogative I think its quite important even thats why I started this whole tangent)
So Andrea Bestie:
if you think on how you would react on seeing your close friends, family or someone you truly care about picking up something they always really wanted to do but never yet had. you are supportive of it right and if you see it then actually brings them joy in life it will give you a warm feeling. and if that person than sees that it actually is to time consuming or gives them less pleasure than they initially thought. Then you can hey atleast you tried and now you know.
Why would people react differently on you or EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY why would you not give that support you give others, the positive thoughts the go get them champ mentality for yourself. It is important to treatyourself kindly and with atleast the respect and support you give others.  
take that leap of faith and try out picking up a new hobby, ask that person out, go on that vacation you always wanted or whatever you truly truly want and havent done yet.
When we where young, we couldnt wait to grow up, then in our 20's we would love to be back in our childhood, then when we came in our 30's we wanted to be looking like we where in our 20's then we became 40 and suddenly 30 didnt look that bad at all. And suddenly we are on our deathbed and think where has the time gone. So basically what i want to say Live life in the now otherwise it will be gone before you know it and truly live in the moment cause the only thing that is certain and have in life is the NOW.
As promised I would elaborate on the two sentences earlier however mind that the next part will be a little bit heavier and serious however I think its important to say/share in the gambling space
Anxiety, Depression or other Mental health issues are REAL. Mental health is a big deathcause in modern society. Depression is the biggest deathcause of these plethora of mental illnesses for MAN and WOMEN. however men tend to see these issues as "feelings" and thats why men are the biggest percentage of unaliving themselves. 
Depression and PTSD have been master for a long part of my life, however I've overcame these sicknesses. And its easier said then done ofcourse, the first step is always the hardest.
Sometimes proffesional help is needed which I also had, it helped me to become the person I am happy with.
When we break our arm we would maybe ignore it but tell atleast someone close we broke our arm, if we break a leg we might to try heal it ourselves but usually people will notices something is wonky about you and if we break our spine there is definitly a doctor needed to get you back on track in life.
SO PLEASE reach out to someone if you are struggling, People are more thoughtfull, helpfull and kind than you might think. maybe it is something maybe it is nothing but open up to someone who you have close.
