Today, November 21st, I received an email with my birthday bonus. It's the first one I've ever received, and I was extremely disappointed. I'm a Platinum I player and I bet daily. My birthday is November 22nd, and according to support, they supposedly made a "mistake." It's a real letdown. I was expecting something good, but they only gave me $25. The weekly bonuses don't give me more than $15, and sometimes even less. The monthly bonuses are incredibly low compared to what I lose betting throughout the month. If they don't change the amounts of my "bonuses," I'm leaving. It's exhausting and also sad. I really expected much more. Thanks for the birthday present, Stake.

In my last message to Stake support, I wrote the following: “I’m sorry, but I expected something better, a different amount. I want to file a complaint and also inform you that I am canceling my account at your casino. Thank you ☺️.” Your support team never responded, nor did they seem to care. Is this how you treat one of your players? This situation makes me very sad, and I’m also disappointed because tomorrow is my birthday, and you don’t even seem interested in at least giving me something better, or at least replying to my message.
