However, the Net Loss amount displayed in my profile is incorrect — it is significantly lower than my actual losses. When comparing my deposit and withdrawal history, the discrepancy becomes clear. This inaccurate number limits my access to proper VIP benefits and fair retention support. I have tried discussing this with my VIP manager, but unfortunately, my messages have been ignored. I also reached out to Live Support, but they redirected me back to the same manager without offering real escalation. I am now kindly requesting that this case be escalated to the Senior VIP Management or Player Retention team for proper review. I am happy to provide full transaction data if needed. That’s exactly why I’ve had to bring this issue up publicly. If you continue to avoid addressing the problem directly and keep bouncing users between channels without resolution, I will keep raising this matter publicly — as it clearly deserves transparency. However, my profile shows a much lower “Net Loss” which does not reflect the true value when comparing deposit and withdrawal history. I tried to request review or bonus eligibility from my VIP manager — but was completely ignored. Then I asked live support to escalate, but they simply redirected me back to the same manager. I’m kindly asking to escalate my account to someone from the senior VIP or Player Retention team. I’m happy to share full transaction history if needed. Thanks for understanding.
  4. Hello, I’ve been a loyal Stake VIP for several years, and my actual total loss on the platform exceeds $3,000,000. I’ve reviewed my deposit and withdrawal history in detail, and found that the net loss figure displayed in my account is significantly inaccurate. Based on real transactions, my actual loss is 3.5m$, which is considerably higher than shown on-site. Despite this, my requests for individual or loyalty-based bonuses through my VIP manager have not been resolved. I kindly ask to escalate my case to the senior VIP management or Head of Player Retention, as I believe the scale of my activity and loyalty deserves proper recognition and review.
