I am a long-term VIP player on your platform, and my total financial losses exceed $3,000,000 USD.
However, the Net Loss amount displayed in my profile is incorrect — it is significantly lower than my actual losses. When comparing my deposit and withdrawal history, the discrepancy becomes clear. This inaccurate number limits my access to proper VIP benefits and fair retention support.
I have tried discussing this with my VIP manager, but unfortunately, my messages have been ignored. I also reached out to Live Support, but they redirected me back to the same manager without offering real escalation.
I am now kindly requesting that this case be escalated to the Senior VIP Management or Player Retention team for proper review. I am happy to provide full transaction data if needed.
