Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? :- I’m passionate about interacting with people and fostering a positive community. Having previously worked in an airport environment dealing directly with customers, I’ve developed strong people-management, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, which make managing a chat section natural for me. Additionally, I’m drawn to Stake because of the exciting environment, community perks, and joy I find in being part of this platform. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? :- While I haven’t officially moderated an online platform, my experience in customer-facing roles at the airport involved managing large groups, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth communication, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to moderate chats effectively. 7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? :- Yes, I’m fully prepared and comfortable working at nighttime. In fact, I enjoy late-night interactions and have the flexibility to be available during those hours.
