Hi, I am interested in applying for the moderator position. My Stake username is Raj1802, and I can currently spend around 8–10 hours daily on the chat, which I’m happy to extend if required. I understand that the role of a moderator involves maintaining a respectful and rule-abiding environment by monitoring conversations, resolving disputes, and ensuring an inclusive space for all users. I’ve always enjoyed being part of this community and would now like to contribute more actively by supporting healthy engagement across languages and cultures. I was once muted for not speaking in Hindi, which I wasn’t aware was a requirement at the time. However, considering India’s rich diversity, I believe it’s important to create an inclusive space for speakers of different languages. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu—this makes me well-equipped to engage with a wider audience and ensure smooth communication across regional dialects. I have prior experience as a moderator on other online forums and platforms and fully understand the responsibility that comes with it.
