  3. Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent (and honestly very disappointing) experience in hopes that maybe someone else has gone through something similar or has any advice. A while ago, I accidentally sent a significant amount of ETH using the Arbitrum network. It wasnโ€™t just a few bucks โ€” it was a large sum The funds were sent to the correct wallet address, but via the wrong network. That kind of mistake is easy to make if youโ€™re not 100% focused or aware, and unfortunately, I learned it the hard way. What followed was an extremely frustrating support experience. I was passed from one department to another โ€” basic support to wallet support, and then told to write to the recovery support. Anyone whoโ€™s ever had to deal with recovery support knows how exhausting it can be to even establish clear communication. For several days, I couldnโ€™t get a straightforward answer to my main question: Is there even the slightest chance to recover the funds or receive any kind of symbolic compensation? I had all the transaction details, including the hash ID, everything properly documented. I wasnโ€™t expecting miracles, but I did hope that someone from Stake would at least try to approach the situation with some human understanding โ€” after all, the ETH is visible under the wallet address. I believed maybe, just maybe, thereโ€™d be some goodwill or a small gesture of support in light of such a loss. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The final conclusion from support felt cold, dismissive, and didnโ€™t reflect the kind of care I expected from a platform I trusted with my funds. The whole process left me feeling genuinely disappointed. Has anyone here ever been in a similar situation โ€” either with ETH sent via the wrong network or dealing with Stakeโ€™s recovery process? Did you manage to resolve it in any way, or at least get some reasonable support? Would love to hear your thoughts or advice.
