On Stake's 8th birthday stake has decreased the rain in Pakistan chat room which is not fair despite saying to increase the rain.

There is no proper rain in Pakistan chatroom. Although users have fulfilled the requirements. Stake has not fulfilled his promise about increasing rain on his birthday instead increasing rain he has reduced the rain. That impact on users very bad.
