My name is Mohit, and I am from India. I created my Stake account in April 2024 with the username Mohit3205. Since then, I have been playing on Stake with love and loyalty, enjoying casino games and steadily reaching a high VIP level. I have wagered over $118,000 on this account.
Yesterday, I was shocked to see a message that my account was being restricted for allegedly having multiple accounts. I want to clarify that I have never used two accounts at the same time.
I have now learned that the reason for this may be my very first account, created in March 2024 under the username Mohit2906. At that time, I had just turned 18, was unemployed, and had little knowledge about the platform. I used that account for only about a month, with less than $2,000 wagered. After losing my capital, I requested Stake support to disable that account, and I have been unable to log into it since then.
I can even attach a video showing that the last login on that old account was in the first week of April 2024 — and I have not accessed it since. From that day onward, I have only used my current account (Mohit3205).
If there was an issue with multiple accounts, I believe it should have been addressed in the beginning, not after 464 days — especially now that I have worked with dedication, patience, and loyalty to bring this account to its current level.
I am ready to complete any verification process required. I am willing to provide all the documents you need to confirm my identity and ownership of both accounts, and to prove that I have only been using my current account.
I am coming to you with hope and respect, as a loyal Stake player, requesting you to please help me regain access to my Mohit3205 account and remove the restriction. I have invested all my time, effort, and energy into this account, and I sincerely apologize for any unintentional mistake.
