This includes welcoming new users, answering questions, enforcing rules, removing spam, and resolving disputes while keeping a positive environment. 4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I enjoy being part of the Stake community and I want to help it grow by maintaining a positive and respectful space. No — I’ve always followed the chat rules and kept a clean record. 6. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes — I have experience moderating Telegram and Discord communities (crypto, gaming, and social groups). I’ve managed chats, enforced rules, helped members with issues, and kept conversations on-topic. 7. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Yes — I am fully available and comfortable working night shifts as required.
