i was just wondering how long does return to play usually take?
Since i Accidently sent crypto to a old stake account that was over 7month old and inactive and i had banned the account myself, i got my problem fixed and asked them to ban my old account so that i dident breach the rule of having more than one account, but then my main account that is plat got out in withdrawal mode only. I asked support and they said i need to send a mail form the old account and i did.
Havent gotten a answer in over 1month and im scared that my plat account is banned for a dumb mistake on my side
Has anyone experience this or should i just with a heavy heart accept that i dont get to use my account anymore.
