Today, I set up three rolls of the dice in advanced mode on the snake and I got 81x on three rolls, and the bet was rejected. They also say everything was settled correctly, even though six bets later paid out on three rolls 3.11x 
And these chat employees are idiots, they don't even understand what you're writing to them and they write their formulas that are not even relevant and that gambling is random when you have it set in advanced mode to pay out on 3 rolls and one bet is lost and a moment later on 3 rolls it pays out   
And once I received a $500 wager bonus via email one day, then the next, and then the third time in a row. It seemed strange to me that I was receiving three such bonuses every day.
So I contacted the chat to ask if the bonus was active before start wagering this and  the support agent said yes, of course, and that I had to wager $5,000 and that it didn't conflict with previous bonuses
. Then I didn't receive the bonus.
They only apologized. 
And they wrote that it was a misunderstanding, accidentally resent it, only crediting 2/3 of the bonuses, and because of their mistake I lost the money I spent on wager, I don't know why I still play here after this situation

Before making a wager I asked if it was active on support and they still didn't acknowledge it to me even though it was their mistake an
This site joke sometimes and scam especially the originals. Keno is a complete disaster, and there's no randomness there.

Email states 'one of our providerse is offering zero fees, making it even easier to top up'  
So i clicked the link which led to a generic page w/ zero information on the subject.
email also states 'Also, our Customer Support is available 24/7, so feel free to contact us anytime for assistance'
So i did... gross incompetence ensued...

LOL, so this is stakes world class customer service, lol, OK.  And as for marketing , are they just being paid based on number of emails sent, because how worthless was that. smh

How this is even legal? The guy called first all in before cards were dealt for dealer, with A9 and my hand was AA, the pot was huge, and I lost it... I can't believe this is happening again and again, from thin air you get flush???  today I lost another tournament with KK against KJ, this poker smells so rigged unbelievable... I had so good chance to win this Christmas some money but because of this kind of rigged play I lost hope to Stake, because it's happening again and again especially when you call all in with a best hand...

also yesterday in one tournament I have lost  AK aganst A2 and because that guy had little more chips then me, and also he was going all in before cards shown... happened almost at the end of tournament,  only some 50 people were left
