I fully completed all the requirements during the active period (13–20 November). The promotion officially ended on November 20 at 23:59. Only on November 21 (after the promotion was already over) I received the notification that I was excluded from the promotion.
Support refuses to credit the prize and refers to clause 12.3 (“We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time”) and to the standard line “bets placed before exclusion notice will not be counted”.
However:
On the moment the promotion ended (20.11 06:00) I was still a fully eligible participant.
The exclusion notice arrived only on 21.11, when the promotion no longer existed.
Therefore, the clause about “bets before exclusion notice” simply cannot be applied retroactively to a finished promotion.
This is a clear case of retroactive disqualification after the race was over, which is not covered by any rule.
