Hello Stake Community & Stake Team, Promotion: Originals Ascent Dates: November 13 – November 20, 2025 Link: https://stakecommunity.com/topic/158011-originals-ascent-november-13-20/ I fully completed all the requirements during the active period (13–20 November). The promotion officially ended on November 20 at 23:59. Only on November 21 (after the promotion was already over) I received the notification that I was excluded from the promotion. Support refuses to credit the prize and refers to clause 12.3 (“We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time”) and to the standard line “bets placed before exclusion notice will not be counted”. However: On the moment the promotion ended (20.11 06:00) I was still a fully eligible participant. The exclusion notice arrived only on 21.11, when the promotion no longer existed. Therefore, the clause about “bets before exclusion notice” simply cannot be applied retroactively to a finished promotion. This is a clear case of retroactive disqualification after the race was over, which is not covered by any rule. I have full screenshots of: all qualifying bets made 13–20 November promotion terms exclusion notice timestamped 21 November full live-support chat I am giving Stake 48 hours to credit the prize I legitimately earned. If not, I will open public complaints on casino.guru, AskGamblers, LCB and Reddit with all evidence attached. Would really like to avoid that and keep playing on Stake as usual, but fair is fair. They claimed that the problem was due to my device or internet, but when I asked them to point out where on the website it says that Stake does not take responsibility for such cases, they were not able to provide an answer. I also wanted to know what the minimum requirements are for a PC and internet connection to use the site properly, but they couldn’t answer that either. Is this normal?

Bet #606 casino:403980026850 – Also a win, but the stake remained $0.24 (should have increased to $0.72). Payout again $23.76 instead of ~$72. Bet #607 casino:403980027688 – Loss, and only here the stake increased to $0.72. 📷 Screenshot proof: (see attached file) As a result, the autobet multiplier did not trigger after the first win, costing me $48.24 in missing payout. 🗂️ Steps I took: Provided support with bet IDs (605, 606, 607). Sent a screenshot of my autobet settings. Added earlier bets on the same seed (house:403979926550, house:403979927408, etc.). 💬 Stake’s response: They stated that autobet is processed on the player’s device, not the server. If a “lag” occurs on the device or browser, commands may fail to reach the server. However, there are no official technical requirements (device specs, browser version, internet speed) published anywhere. When I requested clear conditions for autobet functionality, support could not provide an answer. ⚖️ My stance: I used Stake’s built-in autobet, no third-party tools. If a platform feature fails — it’s Stake’s responsibility, not the player’s. Lack of transparency about system requirements means users cannot predict such issues and unfairly bear the losses. Yes, the amount isn’t critical. But it’s a matter of principle: if the site doesn’t take responsibility for its own features, what guarantee is there that tomorrow the same won’t happen to any other player? ❗ I request: Official acknowledgment of this autobet malfunction. Clarification why Stake denies responsibility for its own core functions. Compensation of the missing $48.24. Если функция работает нестабильно — это проблема платформы, а не игрока. Отсутствие прозрачных требований означает, что игрок не может предусмотреть такие сбои и несёт убытки по вине Stake. Да, сумма вроде не критичная. Но тут дело в принципе: если сайт не отвечает за свои же функции, то где гарантия, что завтра такое не случится у любого другого игрока? ❗ Я прошу: Зафиксировать факт сбоя автоставок. Объяснить официально, почему Stake снимает с себя ответственность за работу собственных функций. Возместить недополученные $48.24. Если ситуация не будет решена, это создаёт риск для всех игроков, которые используют автоигру.
