Hey I received an email for my birthday bonus In 2025 and due to my leg being broken at that time I think totally forgot to claim it as I cannot see anything in bonus claim during that time. Is it possible for support to re issue it since I never claimed it anyway? -

I Qualified to an esports promotion bonus and I got message from stake support to claim an equal share of 10,000$. But when I click on the link it says the bonus code is invalid. Was this first come first serve or something? Screenshot of the error I get and the message I got from stake There is no live support and they disabled the email support. I have not claimed the bonus in any shape or form. It's working now as Stake Support contacted me instantly and solved it.
