yea i have been having a ton of issues lately with the games loading then refreshing automatically at random times. Its so annoying.

Yea they have been very busy took a few hours for me earlier, you can check if you have any bonuses by going to transactions, then bonuses, the scroll to the right to see unclaimed bonuses.

Just raised my ticket with support too... i got the same popup and didn't get anything today... hopefully they will make it right since there was so many of us... fingers crossed. Just got this response from support so sounds promising they might do the correct thing... at least it's not just a generic no... 1
