I am not able to login, stake has disabled my account so I cannot use support system

I opened my account yesterday and I was automatically logged out and when I tried to login they say your account is self excluded or disabled

I opened stake today and suddenly my access to stake was gone I was automatically logged out. I am trying to login from 3-4 hours but it says account self excluded or disabled. But I didn't even opened my account so how can my account be disabled or self excluded. Please stake team help me I am very stressed
