One dark night, I was returning home from work. I had bought some pumpkins to cook with. Due to the darkness, I did not see the pit and I stumbled and fell. All the things scattered on the ground, including the pumpkins.I was having difficulty collecting things in the dark. Suddenly a pumpkin started glowing. I thought that someone had brought a lantern from home. But when I looked up, a pumpkin was glowing with red eyes and a scary smile.My heart started pounding I ran towards home with all the stuff I had taken in my hand. I fell several times and reached home drenched in sweat. My wife opened the door and started crying after seeing my condition. She made me sit on a chair and asked I told her everything and my mother said that son you have some misconception but my mind was not ready to accept it, I slept without eating food and went back to the same place in the morning, there was neither any pit nor any pumpkin but I have never been able to forget
