Jenkinsfoxx got a reaction from lekeboshnjaku in $100 Bonus Email Sent in “Error” – Can Stake Clarify How This Happened
https://stakecommunity.com/topic/163612-100-bonus-email-sent-in-“error”-–-can-stake-clarify-how-this-happened/ 👏Well said! Thank you, for putting it out there! Couldn't have said it better myself! I also received the email at 1:40 am January,8th,2026. And the solution is that I guess this Saturday I will be compensated on weekly bonus with an additional 10%. Suppose my weekly bonus is 20$ that makes my bonus 22.00$! 🤷. I'm sure Stake means well and it was just an honest mistake I entrust that the company will fix it and help us understand what happened better soon. Stake always comes through and honestly any bonus is always better then non I still appreciate you @Stake Casino

You're right. But this mistake directly affects the staking company. Because if the site makes this mistake without considering the customer, they are responsible. I can't invest here again because they've lost my trust. Imagine, you receive bonus money in your email, but you can't use it. How sad, and then someone comes out and says it was a mistake. I hate such mistakes.

Hello everyone,
I’m posting this to seek clarity, not to cause drama.
Recently, many Stake players (including myself) received an official email from Stake offering a $100 bonus, clearly presented as an appreciation reward. The email was:
Professionally written
Personalized with the user’s name
Branded correctly
Explicitly stated the bonus amount
Included a clear “Claim your bonus” call to action
This was not a vague teaser or marketing newsletter — it was a direct bonus offer.
Shortly after, players were informed that the email was sent by mistake and that the bonus would not be honored.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation raises reasonable questions:
How can an email promising a specific bonus amount be sent accidentally?
These emails are typically tied to backend systems, eligibility rules, and promotional IDs. This doesn’t appear to be a typo or draft email.
Was the bonus ever actually created in the system?
If the email was sent, was there a corresponding promotion configured, even temporarily?
Why were players encouraged to “claim” a bonus that didn’t exist?
From a player’s perspective, this creates a clear expectation, especially when coming from an official Stake domain.
Is there any transparency on what failed — eligibility rules, regional restrictions, or backend activation?
Even a high-level explanation would help rebuild trust.
To be clear:
I’m not saying Stake acted maliciously.
I’m not demanding compensation.
But I do think it’s fair for players to ask how such a polished, targeted email can be sent without the bonus being valid, and what safeguards are in place to prevent this in the future.
Many of us value Stake because of its professionalism and trust. Clear communication here would go a long way.
Thanks for reading, and I hope a moderator or Stake representative can shed some light on this.

Tis the night before Christmas, when all through the site,
Not a player was stirring, not even a byte.
The bets were all placed with excitement and care,
In hopes that big wins soon would light up the air.
The reels started spinning, the dice rolled just right,
As Stake spread good fortune this magical night.
With luck in the air and stars shining bright,
Christmas on Stake felt truly alright 🎄✨

Last Christmas brought an unexpected kind of warmth.
While most people were busy with lights, food, and family plans, I was quietly carrying the weight of uncertainty — applications sent, hopes attached, and a lot of waiting. I didn’t speak much about it. I just kept going, believing that effort would eventually find its way back to me.
Then, during the Christmas week, something changed.
Messages came in, not a notifications, but real words from real people. Recommendations. Support. Someone believed I was worth vouching for. No announcements, no spotlight, just quiet encouragement at the right time. It felt like a gift that didn’t need wrapping. I had interview and damn i got my first job.
There were no fireworks or big celebrations that day. Just a moment of stillness, gratitude, and a small smile. It reminded me that progress doesn’t always arrive loudly — sometimes it comes softly, when you’re least expecting it.
That Christmas wasn’t about what I received, but about being seen.
And that was more than enough.

“’Tis the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring…” except for the frantic scraping at the front door.
The fire crackled, casting dancing shadows over our last can of beans and a single, precious candy cane. Outside, the once-familiar carols were replaced by guttural moans. The power grid had failed at sundown, taking the festive lights and our hope with it.
“Supplies are for one,” Uncle Carl stated, his voice gravelly. He placed his antique revolver on the mantel beside the stockings. “Russian roulette. Winner takes all. It’s the only fair way.”
The firelight gleamed on the cylinder as he spun it with a grim finality. *Click. Click.* The empty chambers sounded like a death knell. My turn. The metal was ice-cold against my temple. I thought of sleigh bells, not this.
I squeezed my eyes shut and pulled.
***Click.***
Carl’s face fell. He took the gun, his hand trembling for the first time. “Merry Christmas, kid,” he whispered, and put the barrel to his own head.
The shot was deafening in the small room.
Silence, then a renewed, hungry pounding at the door. I took the can and the candy cane, my hands shaking. I looked at the revolver, then at the fire. Outside, a new kind of silent night had fallen. I was alone, and I had won. The weight of the can in my hand felt like the heaviest gift I had ever received. Nice gamble for the rest of the much needed supply stock during the zombie apocalypse which started on the eve of Christmas! Happy zombiday!? 🧟♀️ I meant holiday! 🫣🎄🎁✨️

Tupac Shakur his rap is poetry. He was one of a kind the all time greatest! His music helped me get through some of my most difficult times coming up from a broken home and the street life, taught me was to be positive and make the best out of bad situations in ways most couldn't even fathom. Thanks Tupac for your music ❤️ r.i.p 2

I’d choose Simone de Beauvoir because she never tried to fit into what was expected of her. She just lived and thought freely, and I really connect with that. She questioned everything around her, even herself, and I find that kind of honesty rare and powerful.
What I love about her is that she wasn’t afraid of complexity. She didn’t try to simplify life into neat answers. She understood that freedom comes with responsibility and that being independent doesn’t mean shutting people out. Like, she reminds me that intelligence doesn’t have to erase emotion and that independence doesn’t mean isolation.
I think the dinner with her would feel less like conversation and more like an awakening.

If I could join someone for a meal, I’d probably go with Leonardo da Vinci. He’s this perfect storm of art, science, invention, and curiosity — a human bridge between imagination and engineering. He’d probably spend the first five minutes sketching the utensils and suggesting how to improve them.
The questions I’d throw at him would get weird fast:
“What did it feel like to imagine things centuries ahead of your time?”
“Which of your ideas do you think people still haven’t understood properly?”
“If you had access to modern technology, what would you build first — a flying machine, a robot, or something nobody’s dreamed up yet?”
“Do you think creativity is something you can teach, or is it more like a hunger that never stops?”
I imagine he’d respond with that blend of mischief and wonder — telling stories of dissecting bodies by candlelight, designing war machines he hoped would never be used, and painting expressions that still defy explanation. I think it’d be less about “deep wisdom” and more about catching sparks — the sense of restless curiosity that makes someone like him timeless.

interesting discussion, if there was a chance or a time machine I would like to meet Albert Einstein, the smartest man on earth at that time, there are many things I would like to learn from the smartest man so that I can be useful in the present, and maybe we could have a quick dinner together and find out what kind of food he ate to be that smart, Rofl, one of my inspirational figures, because of him, nothing is impossible, if there is a will.

I'd love to meet Robin Williams...
If I had a meal with Robin Williams, it would be full of laughs, stories, and real moments. We'd sit somewhere chill, maybe a small diner, and just talk about life, his movies, and what made him happy. I'd tell him how much his work meant to me, and he'd probably joke around between bites. It would feel more like hanging out with a kind, funny friend than a famous actor. Hope he knows how much his presence meant to so many people and how much happiness he brought to many people around the world...
I loved it when he played Theodore Rooserbelt in the Night at the Museum, such charisma!
