My Stake username is risha29 I spend around 12-15 hours daily on chat, specially during active hours and events. Moderator job is to keep the chat clean and friendly, help users when needed, stop spam/scam messages and make sure everyone follows the rules properly. I want to become moderator because I’m very active in the community and enjoy helping people. I think Indian chat needs active, fair and responsible moderators who understand the community well. I was never banned. Maybe got warned once before for a small mistake but nothing serious. Yes, I have moderated small online communities before, mostly gaming and crypto related groups. Yes, I’m comfortable working at nighttime also, timings are not a problem for me.
