So I would like some advise on what happened to me. I hit the epic bonus 5 scat on Harakiri a new game by colorful play. In the info tab it states that in this bonus the minimum multiplier sticky wild is 10x. When the bonus played it only gave 2x-3x-6x wilds. I felt robbed and I contacted support who completely dismissed me and even went as far as to say I didnt hit the Epic Bonus at all. Obviously this is very frustrating but what can be done if support wont acknowledge the issue? Ive tried to keep stats on bonus buys vs base on GC to test. In my opinion BB not worth it. You also lose all the potential base wins. Sometimes base spins hit big wilds and you will miss all of those along the way. Also seems like 8/10 BB dont even break even. I also enjoy the process. Buying bonuses is like picking up hookers instead of dating someone to wait to get laid.

So from my note keeping I have spun 4,750 times 13 Train bonuses , 8 Duel bonuses and 0 Dead bonuses. I obviously am aware it is a tougher bonus to hit but seems Ive been a bit unlucky. Let me know if you guys have spun into it without buying it and if so around how many spins did it take?

So another person on this topic suggested East coast vs West coast. I tried 400 spins and no bonus and respins would never connect and would have little quotes like “ mo money mo problems “ or no cheeda no cheese” which would just make it more annoying.
