1. RishiAlagh 2. 10-14 hours a day on an average. 3. As per stake a moderator’s job is to regulate the global chat, maintain the chat discipline, Answer people’s and much more. But it is not necessary for a moderator to not be friendly. A moderator can even be friendly with people and have decent conversations this keeps the chat wholesome and enthusiastic. 4. Personally i believe that there are a certain set of rules in the chat but people seem to disobey them on a regular baises and some of these rule brakers go unnoticed because of so many chats so i think we need more moderators in the community. Plus i am a person who seems to be very particular about rules. So i think that i would be an ideal candidate as a chat moderator. 5. I have never been warned, muted or banned in the global chat. 6. I have been serving as a moderator on 2 youtube channels with 200k and 70k subscribers. 7. I am certainly well prepared to work at night time. I am regularly active during the night time . Because my job is work from home so i am mostly free during the whole day. I hope that my Answers were sufficient and elaborate.
