you wouldn't build up wager that way though and most likely just rinse your balance on 4 tiles nearly every game will be negative your base bet.. even 0.14 wouldn't last long

dont think seed has anything to do with the results, would you of hit if you didn't change the seed? how would you know

running low can give you a chance to get the same high multi while being able to bet more but if your bet size is to big on 6 numbers can rinse very easily

might be better to run low risk unless you playing 9 or 10 numbers. if running 3-6 numbers though high is probably best option
