I was not received withdrawal any email regarding the promotion ban. I have placed a bet on the tokyo r12 horse race promotion and I was promotion active the event ended at 12:30 pm IST and the stake doesn't have me promotion refund as they said you have been banned from promotion as earlier sent you with an email the email was sent to me at 4 pm IST and according to the mail sent the time at which I recieved the mail from that time it means that promotion ban has been activated but they are not giving me refund
