Well to begin with I've never been a moderator but I have 2.5 yrs of experience in BPO. And my main KPI's would involve maintaining the decorum in the chat box and making sure that no violation is made. I've been muted twice by the mods and I'm willing to work in night shifts too cause I've been through graveyard shifts. I spent around 12-13 hrs in the chat box when I collected rain and It's do-able so timing won't be an issue for me. Additionally I have my own laptop with a wifi connection. I've worked with Amazon and I'm even working in Teleperformance as a Talent Acquisiton HR.
