The job for the mods is to look the chat and check the other members while they are following rules or not if they are not then just give them mute first you have to warn them.. 4.Because i am the most active and known person in my room also i do mods job whenever they are offline and just give the names of the people who are not following rules in the challanges chat to the staffs and mods.. 5.I got mute many times i accept that because i was new and dont know about this type of things and just after i get to know everything about it i just started to follow the rules very clearly and became one of the friendly person of the chat.. 6.No, but i know the work of mods very well and how to run the chat and manage it.. 7. I can be active anytime or anyday for my job i can do anything also i am happy to serve.. Is it good to have a fix date for Monthly bonus like weekly? Just because people started spamming for monthly earlier and it will easier for all of us if we know the date...
