The role of a moderator is to ensure that conversations in the chat channel follow the established rules, to monitor and handle rule violations, and to help make the Turkish chat channel a more friendly and welcoming environment. From my personal perspective, one of the most important responsibilities lately is dealing with the increasing multi-account and bot issues. In addition, I believe working in harmony with other moderators and respecting shift schedules is essential. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? Recently, I believe that the Turkish chat channel has been overwhelmed by foreign users, which has negatively affected the chat environment and caused constant disorder. Since I spend nearly 80% of my day here, I am familiar with most of the usernames of regular users in the Turkish chat. Thanks to my setup with three screens, I can continuously monitor the chat and actively contribute to making it a more peaceful and respectful environment. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? Yes, once. I received a 10-minute mute. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I can say that I am quite experienced in this field. Since my younger years, I have worked as a website administrator and served as a channel moderator on platforms such as Skype and TeamSpeak (TS3), as well as a community manager on Discord. Are you prepared to work at nighttime? Yes, I believe I can work in coordination with the other moderators.
