No. This is classic gambling inducement's. These scumbags probably did this on purpose to get traffic back on the site. This doesn’t happen anywhere else and should be illegal. Only they are licensed by the Curacao gaming board who only collect the license money and do f all for player protection

They use deceptive marketing practices because they are licensed by Curacao who are the nut low for player protection. In fact, look at the front page of their app, just shows a registration number, no license, no regulator contact info for player disputes want more serious non compliance? I have numerous videos showing stake denying withdrawals after only 5 in 24 hours totalling $450 while accepting 11+ deposits in the same timeframe for over $1100. When the intended withdrawal is lost they continue to allow deposits HUGE RED FLAG - Exposing players to financial harm and not keeping proper logs/records There was NO RECORD of my denied withdrawals . None. Not one denied withdrawal ever showed up in my transaction history Any regulated site is required to keep log of any and all financial transactions including denied withdrawals. This is a basic requirement of a licensed site and stake fails to do this exposing players to harm. How can their be proper financial audits. This is scary. No player protection folks

As many of you know there was an email sent out from stake earlier this week stating a major security breach of a third party stake uses and shares our personal information with. What this told us is stake shares our information with third parties when it’s not needed to do so and that stake is heavily reliant on third party access to run its operation. I just received another email earlier today regarding stakes - Drake promotion on kick. In order to qualify for this promotion you need to give access to yet another third party - gleam.io. You need to give this third party access to your twitter, instagram, email log in information. WHY? Also, just for discussion. 1. Stake does not list a license # on the front of the app header page, only a registration #. As far as I am aware this is heavily frowned upon by any regulator 2. I have had several denied withdrawals over the past 6 months on stake and not one of these denied withdrawals are logged in the withdrawals transactions history. Not one. Stake allows unlimited deposits but limits withdrawals and more importantly does not keep a log of the denied withdrawals. This could be a serious regulator non compliance as every single financial user action should be logged and have a record kept of for financial audits. One of my denied withdrawals happened on the 6th withdrawal attempt of the day as I withdrew $450 ish in a 24 hour period. During that same period 11 deposits were made for almost $1000 total. This surely cannot be regulatory compliant as the money was kept on stake exposing the user to loss and harm not allowing the cash out and forcing them to keep it on site while still allowing unlimited deposits after the intended withdrawal is gambled and lost This happen to anyone else? I reckon this is a flat out lie and misleading. Myself, like everyone else I know are down tens of thousand's on stake and never have one winning month let alone more. It’s literally impossible. The system does not allow it. I have a screen shot for proof to show i’m down tens of thousands. Do you have a screen shot showing your claimed profits? I’ll go out on a limb and say no… Now, good you brought this up because this goes along with my post in the general thread about lack of transparency and security breach. A few issues. When my VIP tried to send me my overall stats/ losses they provide it subtracting bonuses from it. Bonuses should never be counted towards profit/loss. Bonuses should never subtract from the overall loss amount. This is not proper record keeping. This is not how a properly regulated site should ever keep audits of financial transactions yet this is what stake does Stake also refuses to provide losses with an account ID/name/ email or ANY information accompanied by your losses to link these numbers to YOU in any manner. It’s just bizarre. Here is my loss on stake over a year and I assume based on speaking with others who i know have played here and quit because of non stop losses, everyone who is real and giving real experiences all lose here. Every one of us If you look at the reviews on platforms like trusted pilot you’ll quickly discover what seem to be fake reviews on there using fake promotional language. Just very deceiving, manipulating and not transparent at all. Here is truth to my post. Where is your truth poster. Post your year profits , each month. I know you’re lying… I’ve not had one single profitable month in over a year. It’s alarming. If you look at stakes front page you’ll see they post a registration number but NOT a license number. This is not acceptable for any reputable site and a reputable regulator and displays zero transparency - not good for player protection.
