Hello. Im relative new on Stake and I stopped receiving rains for no reason at all. I have wager, im on chat like a normal person and somehow get blocked. Support said there was no shadow ban, because its a lucky question but obviously isnt only it. Can someone explain it / fix it? If exist a shadowban, Stake can be more clear about it. Like a notification or something like this saying "You are blocked from rains because ..." like the mute type. Thank you.
