Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is? A moderator's job is to keep the chat safe, respectful and active, along with helping users, answering basic questions, enforcing the chat rules, preventing from spam or abuse and maintaining a positive atmosphere for everyone who is there. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat? I already have experience in chat support for almost around 3 years and I'm enjoy it very much while helping users and maintaining a supportive and friendly environment, and I'm familiar with how the chat works, and that's why I believe I can be a good fit for this role. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned? No. Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform? Yes, I have experience moderating on Telegram and Intercom.
