Stake Username: Ffjjkk Time Spent on Chat: I spend approximately 12-15 hours daily on chat platforms, actively engaging with the community and assisting users when needed. Also, I support many users in the chat with their problems and provide solutions to them even though I am Stake user. Role of a Moderator: A moderator ensures a healthy, respectful, and engaging environment in the chat by enforcing rules, preventing spam, handling disputes, and assisting users with queries. They also monitor scammers and unethical activities to maintain a fair space for all members. Why I Want to Be a Moderator: I am passionate about helping and guiding the community. I have strong communication skills and experience in managing online communities. I have noticed an increase in scammers and rule-breakers and would like to help keep the chat safe for Indian users. I can actively contribute to making Stake India's chat more interactive, fair, and scam-free. Additionally, I am a Stake promoter and actively promote Stake Rewards through my Telegram group. I will soon start a YouTube and Instagram page to further engage the community and grow the Stake brand. Warnings, Mutes, or Bans: Yes, I was muted for chat jumping at the very beginning of my Stake journey. However, I quickly learned from it, thoroughly understood all chat rules, and have never been muted or banned since then. I always follow the guidelines and promote positive engagement within the community. Previous Moderator Experience: Yes, I have worked in MPL Support and 1Win, where I handled user queries, enforced guidelines, and ensured smooth community interactions. Additionally, I am a software developer, which enhances my problem-solving skills and technical understanding. Nighttime Availability: Yes, I am prepared to work at nighttime as I am usually active during late hours as well. Even I can work in any time stamp.
