Thanks for the response, I continued to play the game because I liked it so much (I know, that's on me) and experienced a similar issue on a much smaller scale. Unfortunately, Stake support was unhelpful in that regard and left me hanging with an answer I disagreed with. Unfortunately I had an opportunity to win a whooooole lot, and it was never correctly paid out. I don't imagine you from your side can reasonably help with that, but I felt it should be noted either way. Thanks for making a cool game and I can't wait to see it back in action.

Hello! I'll start by saying this has become one of my favorite slots on the site since its release. HOWEVER, I just had a bonus in which the game clearly ignored almost an entire screen of rockets with a wild at a 128x. I tried contacting stake support for a resolution of which they were unable to help me with. Is it possible for someone from your team to contact me/provide a backend report of what happened in this bonus so I can figure out why I wasn't paid? Without a replay viewer the stake support team isn't able to help me but if I can provide some proof I may be able to get some help. Thank you!
