StakeUS - No Limit City Slots locked in my state? (Wisconsin)

I've been playing NLC slots for 4 months. Im suddenly getting the error that its no longer available in my state but even support says it shouldnt be. A traceroute shows my IP originates through Madison, WI and can't tell me why the issue exists. Any help appreciated. NOTE that I work in IT and i know its not my home network.
