  1. Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I can't reach a resolution through Live Support. Like many others, I received the $100 bonus email, which was later called an 'error'. We were promised a 10% weekly boost as compensation, but after Saturday's drop, it’s clear the compensation was a joke and didn't reflect the magnitude of the mistake. My main issue is that support agents (Claudia, Julio) repeatedly refused to escalate my ticket to a supervisor, even when I requested it multiple times. This lack of transparency, combined with the recent mass email failure, is unacceptable. I have all the screenshots of the offer and the chat logs where I was denied a supervisor.
