I'm down over $58k on here, I wagered over $1.18m within 30 days (when I created my account) and playing new slots, stake only, and won a 26 Free spins run on a $0.80 bet after being down tons of $ spinning, then it does not trigger and gets forwarded to support/tech, the guy in the live chat tells me I can keep playing and its fine, lo and behold on a $1 again much much more money down and another 26 free spin round comes, but does not trigger. Support tells me okay we will look into this. This morning I get an email confirming that the slot is glitched and I got my $0.80 bet size back in my vault. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? I wager $1m in a month, down a fucking car in deposits and you scum cant even award me free spins or a nice goodwill gesutre? FUCK STAKE, if you have money, MOVE, tons of casinos actually value their high rollers, this is it, im claiming every single cent in my bonuses coming and reload and won't spend a penny here anymore.

I'v signed up to stake.com 20th December, less than a month ago, got over $800k wager already and down $50k worth deposits. Got a monthly bonus of $1300, thats $100 more than my last weekly. I've hit Plat 2 and over half way to plat 3 but there is 0 incentives to continue on stake. Absolute joke of a retention team but have to try a platform before judging it, I did, now I can judge and stake definitely not a place to send any more money, so account closure it is and moving on.
